All orders are shipped through Australia Post. Free standard shipping applies to every order. If you prefer express shipping, it is available for an additional cost of 9.95.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details as soon as your item has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post service updates.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If your product arrives with a fault, we will happily replace it at no cost to you.

If you need to exchange a size, we offer easy exchanges. You simply cover the cost of shipping and we will arrange the new size for you.

We also offer a thirty day fit guarantee. This means you can try your product and make sure it feels right. If you experience a fit concern within thirty days, contact us and we will work with you on the best solution which may include an exchange or replacement depending on the situation.

All returns and exchanges must be requested through our support team so we can guide you through the process smoothly.
